Why Does My New PC Keep Crashing While Gaming?

I recently bought a new PC, and I'm having issues with it crashing while I play games like Valorant, Fortnite, Hogwarts Legacy, and GTA. The games crash often, though I can sometimes get a couple of hours out of Valorant. With Hogwarts Legacy, even with reduced settings, it crashes unexpectedly or sometimes the entire PC just turns off and restarts. The lights on the PC remain on, but the mouse lights go off. I've performed GPU stress tests, and everything seems fine with temps sitting around 65°C after 20 minutes. I've also tried troubleshooting the RAM, but nothing came up. I've faced about three complete shutdowns where the screen goes black, and every other game crashes within 20 to 30 minutes. I'm at a loss here—any suggestions on how to fix this?

First, can you share your specs? It helps to see what hardware you're working with.

Sure, I have an Asus 5060 Ultra 5 with a 245KF CPU, 16GB RAM, and a 650W PSU.
