Why does my new PC keep shutting down randomly after a few minutes?

I'm having an issue with my new PC where it randomly shuts down after about 20 minutes of use, almost like it's restarting itself. I've checked the temperatures, and they're all well within safe limits, so overheating doesn't seem to be the problem. From what I can tell, my power consumption is lower than my PSU's wattage. The first time it shut down, I noticed some green lines and static on the ASUS startup screen, but that didn't happen the second time. I also see that my SSD has a constant red blinking light, but I'm unsure if that's related. I'm thinking it might be loose components or perhaps the motherboard is overheating, though BIOS temperatures were normal without any gaming. I might not have secured everything properly. By the way, I recently installed drivers and had to use AMD's cleanup tool to remove previous software, but I can't recall if I downloaded all necessary drivers since I didn't see an installation wizard for some.

Is this a completely new build? If so, did it work fine before you noticed the random shutdowns? Also, when it shuts down, do you see a blue screen or does the display just go black?

Yes, it's a new build and it works well while it's on, but it just goes black and then restarts without showing a blue screen.

The green lines you mentioned might suggest there's a thermal issue with the GPU. It could help to install HWInfo64 to monitor the GPU temperature and hot spots. If it's too high, you might need to consider repasting it.

I checked the GPU temp, and it stays below 50-60 degrees Celsius even when gaming, plus it's brand new (Rx 6600). But I’ll definitely keep an eye on it as the issue could still be related.
