Hey everyone! I'm not super tech-savvy, so I'm hoping for some advice here. I just picked up a Baseus 65w power bank (model PPADM65-S) to use with my Microsoft Surface Pro 7. It came with a USB-C to USB-C cord but no adapter, so I used my phone's charger instead. After charging for several hours, it only reached 37%. I switched to a USB-C to USB-A cord and left it charging, but when I unplugged it, the screen went dark. It showed 0% charge when I plugged it back in. I let it charge for two days until it finally showed 100%, but once unplugged, it went dark again! Plugging it into my laptop didn't work either – it showed 0% again. Did I get a defective device, or am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, it seems like a defect. I've had issues with less-known brands before. If you're looking for reliability, I’d suggest going for well-known brands like Anker; their products are usually solid.
Honestly, Baseus can be hit or miss. It could just be a bad cell in your unit. If you’re able, try exchanging it, or better yet, just return it and grab something from a brand with a better reputation.
I was worried that would be the case. Thanks for the advice!
Sounds like it might be defective. These things shouldn't just die when you unplug them! I'd recommend checking if it has a warranty or seeing if you can return it for a different one.
That's unfortunate. Thanks for your response!
Thank you for the recommendation!
