I recently purchased an Acer Aspire 3 laptop with a Ryzen 7 5000 series processor, and I've been struggling with my wireless mouse constantly disconnecting and reconnecting after just a few minutes of use. It's been really frustrating, and while I'd rather not switch to a Bluetooth mouse, I'm at my wit's end and want to know how others have solved this issue. I appreciate any advice you can offer! Sorry for any language errors; I'm using a translator. Thanks for reading!

Have you tried using a USB extension cable to move the dongle away from the laptop? Sometimes, the laptop can generate interference, but getting the dongle a bit farther away can really help. Also, make sure you have a reputable mouse brand since some cheaper ones don't perform as well.

That seems like a good idea, but it's frustrating that I have to deal with this on a brand new computer. I'll definitely give it a shot. As for the brand, it's a GTC mouse. I just requested the cheapest option at the store for basic use.
