Why Does My Office Number Keep Getting Flagged as Potential Spam?

Lately, our office numbers have been frequently marked as "Potential Spam" on Verizon's network. We've been filling out the forms on voicespamfeedback.com, and while it occasionally resolves the issue, it only lasts for about a day before the spam flag returns. We've also submitted requests to various websites trying to stop this from happening, but nothing has worked. Our call habits haven't changed either, and our phone service provider has been unhelpful. I'm starting to suspect that there might be something wrong with our provider's server or perhaps someone is intentionally reporting our numbers. What else can I try to fix this issue?

You might want to check who provides your phone service. A lot of the budget options aren't fully compliant with the new anti-spam regulations. There’s a good video out there about a company that stopped offering VOIP services because of these strict requirements.

Thanks for pointing that out! I just checked, and our numbers are marked as 'A' listed.
