Why Does My PC Keep Blue Screening on Boot?

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue where my PC blue screens right before logging in. I have Windows 11 Pro, an Aorus Z790 Master motherboard, an Intel Core i9 processor, 32 GB of RAM, and a 1000-watt PSU. The blue screen errors are usually 'SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION' or other random messages. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It sounds like you might have a driver or software issue, especially since the blue screens happen right before you log in. Try booting your PC in Safe Mode by turning it off three times during boot-up to access recovery mode. If it doesn't blue screen in Safe Mode, that's a good sign that a bad driver or startup program is to blame.

So I just go into advanced options and startup settings, right?
