I'm a bit new to PC building and I've run into a frustrating problem. My PC keeps hard freezing usually within 5 minutes of booting. I've tried just about every troubleshooting step I can think of without replacing the CPU or GPU. I've reinstalled Windows twice; the first time was due to an inaccessible boot device. I've also reseated the RAM, ran memtest, and did chkdsk, all of which reported no issues. Last night, I bought a new motherboard and installed it. Everything was working fine until I closed my game, and then it froze again. Now it freezes shortly after booting again. I haven't changed any BIOS settings on the new motherboard yet, except for updating it via USB. I checked the event logger and saw a DCOM error 1053, and before replacing the motherboard, there was a WHEA error 1804, though that's not showing up anymore. My setup is an Intel i7-13700KF, GeForce 4070 Ti Super, and MSI Z790 Gaming Plus WiFi.

Have you checked your power supply? That could definitely cause freezing issues if it's not providing enough power. Also, make sure to update your BIOS if you haven't done that in a while, it can really help with stability.
What about your RAM? You mentioned it's 16GB Tforce DDR5. Sometimes, RAM can cause issues if it's not seated properly or if there's a compatibility issue. Just double-check that everything is snug and compatible with your motherboard.
I assume you already checked the connectors and seating for your MSI Mag A750GL power supply, but if not, that's a good place to start. Those can sometimes get loose and cause freezing. Also, keep an eye on the event logs; they can give you clues on what's going wrong.
