I've been having this frustrating issue where my PC randomly restarts at my house. I think it might be related to a power issue, but even after reducing the overall power usage, it continues to restart. I've been dealing with this problem since I moved in, but I don't want to mess with the electrical circuits because I don't feel confident doing that. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It’s possible that your power supply unit (PSU) could be defective. If you have access to a different PSU, you could try swapping it out to see if that resolves the issue.
You might want to consider getting a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to see if that helps. It can provide a stable power source for your PC and protect against any fluctuations.
