Hey everyone, I've been dealing with a frustrating issue on my PC for the past three months. It keeps restarting unexpectedly, and I've had it checked at a local workshop where they claimed they couldn't replicate the problem. Interestingly, it doesn't restart while I'm playing a game, but it does freeze sometimes. I suspect it might be related to an electrical issue in my house since it only misbehaves when I'm just using it for regular tasks. I also reset my AMD drivers, but they crash occasionally. I'm unsure if it's a hardware or software problem—any thoughts on how to narrow it down?

It sounds like your PC might be going into power-saving mode or having issues with its configuration. Try disabling all power-saving settings across your devices and services. You can also run a command prompt with `ping -t google.com` to keep your computer active like when you're gaming—it's a quick workaround to see if that stops the restarts. Just remember to shut down manually to avoid issues. If you need to retain some power-saving features, look for 'standby' instead of 'sleep' or 'suspend' for now. Good luck!
Have you checked your event viewer logs when the PC disconnects? They might give you insight into what’s going wrong. Some users notice driver issues popping up in that log around the times of restarts.
I stopped checking them after the workshop said there was nothing wrong, but I did notice driver failures recorded in the logs during restarts.

I switched to high performance mode and turned off the game running in the background. I'm hoping this helps with the restarting issue!
