I'm trying to boot into Linux using a live ISO, but every time I start it, my PC restarts itself before I can do anything. I've tested this multiple times with the same result.
Here are my specs:
- AMD Ryzen 5 4500 (6 cores)
- 16 GB of RAM
- WD Blue SN570 500GB NVMe SSD
- NVIDIA GTX 1650
- Gigabyte A520M DS3H motherboard
The main reason I'm switching to Linux is that Windows has become frustrating with constant updates and interruptions. I'm looking for a stable system that I can use daily and that can also run games compatible with my GTX 1650.
I've already tried several distributions like Ubuntu, Fedora, Linux Mint, and Pop!_OS, but they all encounter the same issue with the system restarting during the live boot. Any advice on what might be causing this issue or if there's a specific distro/setup I should try for gaming would really help!

It sounds like your system is having a hard time booting from the live USB. Have you tried using Rufus to create the USB stick? Also, make sure to disable Secure Boot and Fast Boot in your BIOS settings — those can sometimes interfere with live USB booting.
I used Rufus, Balena Etcher, and even the official Fedora Media Writer to create my live USB, but it still doesn't work.
