I've been experiencing a frustrating issue where both my monitors go black while I'm gaming, like in Rainbow Six or War Thunder. The fans start spinning really fast, and although I can still hear in-game sounds through my headphones, I can't do anything until I force shut down the PC. I've checked the temperatures of my components, and they all seem normal. However, my GPU and CPU usually run at about 90% usage when I'm gaming. My system is around 5 years old, but I've upgraded the RAM and added an SSD in the last couple of years. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I might ask some basic questions. Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, 32GB DDR4 RAM, ASRock B450 Steel Legend motherboard, and 2047MB Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 (MSI) GPU.

Have you ever tried waiting a bit before shutting down? Sometimes, letting it sit for a few minutes can help, although it might not seem to do much.
I’d recommend checking the Event Viewer on your PC to see if there’s an error code that matches the time when the problem occurs. It could point you toward what's really going on. Also, are you noticing high CPU usage when your system is just idle? That might be a sign there's something else happening altogether.
I’ll check out Event Viewer. When I'm just on the desktop, my CPU usage fluctuates between 10-30%, and it drops below 10% when I'm idle.

I’ve waited around 5 minutes and it still didn't help me.
