I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my 2-year-old PC where it shuts down unexpectedly, going straight to a black screen, particularly when doing tasks like launching games or browsing the internet. It never shuts down while idling, and after it powers off, it usually reboots but gets stuck in a login loop until I perform a hard reboot. This problem started after I returned from a month-long trip, and my system was functioning perfectly before that. I've checked the Event Viewer logs and noticed critical errors pointing to the system rebooting without a clean shutdown. I've already replaced thermal paste and checked the PSU connections, run memory diagnostics, performed stress tests on the hardware, and even did a clean install of Windows 11. After the reinstall, I noticed Windows didn't properly recognize my hardware and installed generic drivers instead of the proper ones. I'm at a loss as to why this is happening! Any help would be appreciated.

First thing to check is if your SN770 2TB SSD has the latest firmware. There have been known issues with that specific model when using Windows 11, especially with the 24H2 update. Installing the latest firmware might just do the trick! Good luck!
Before diving deeper into hardware issues, make sure all your drivers, especially the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi drivers, are up to date. It sounds like the generic drivers aren’t optimally configured for your hardware, which might lead to stability problems. Check the manufacturer's website for all the latest updates!
From what I remember, Kernel ID 41 often indicates a power supply issue. It could be that your PSU is faulty or not powerful enough for your setup. Have you tried testing with another power supply? If you know someone with a stronger PSU (maybe over 850W), it could help pinpoint the problem.
That was my first thought, but since the PSU is new, I assumed it was fine. I can't borrow one from anyone, though, and OCCT didn’t show any errors during testing.

I'll have a look, at that point any lead is a good lead. Thank you!
