Why Does My PC Randomly Shut Down When Under Load?

Hey folks, I built my PC about five months back and haven't had any issues until the last three weeks. Now, it's been shutting down randomly, especially when I launch games or run any resource-heavy applications. I initially suspected the power supply and even replaced it, but after a brief period of it running smoothly for about three hours, the shutdowns returned. I've tried plugging it into various outlets around my home to eliminate power supply concerns, but the issue persists with direct wall connection. I monitored the temperatures too, and they stay around 100°F, with my CPU and GPU being cooled properly. I'm using a water cooler and a radiator with three fans. My specs are an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, ASRock X870 Riptide WiFi motherboard (BIOS version 3.20), 32 GB DDR5 RAM, and an AMD Radeon RX 9070. I'm starting to think the motherboard might be the culprit since I got it open-box from Micro Center. Has anyone faced a similar problem or have suggestions for what I should check next? Thanks a lot!

Have you tried testing your RAM? It might help to remove the sticks and test them one at a time to see if that's where the issue is. Also, check the event viewer for any critical errors. Sometimes those can give you insight into what's causing the shutdowns.

I checked my PSU, and it's 700w. I saw a critical error - event 41, kernel power in the event viewer. Any thoughts on that?
