I've noticed that every time I launch my computer, I have to reconfigure the BIOS settings, particularly the UEFI options. This is the first computer I've gotten that wasn't built by myself; it was assembled by professionals. This issue started a few months ago. While it's not causing any major problems, it does force me to restart my PC whenever I want to play certain games that need the TPM key enabled for anti-cheat measures.

If you haven't seen it yet, that's likely the culprit! Make sure to look for that type of battery next time you can check.
It sounds like your BIOS battery might be dead. I recommend replacing it to see if that solves the issue.
The BIOS battery is usually a CR2032 type, which is round and about the size of a coin—20mm in diameter and 3.2mm thick. Definitely check that out!
Have you tried changing your motherboard battery? If it's dying, it could cause the BIOS settings to reset every time you start up.

I haven't tried that yet. What does the battery look like?
