Why does my PC shut down right after I restart it?

I need some help! I recently transferred everything from my Windows C drive to a new M.2 NVMe drive because I ran out of space. I set the NVMe as the main drive and cleaned up the old C drive. I followed a tutorial that seemed to work well, but when I restarted my computer, it turned on for a few seconds and then completely shut down. I'm using a B550Am Gaming motherboard. Any ideas on what's going wrong?

If you're not seeing anything on the screen at all, that’s a concern. Double-check your cables and connections, especially if you followed a video tutorial. It might have some important steps about the cables that you missed, so verify everything was plugged in correctly.

Try holding down F2, F10, F12, or Delete as your PC boots up to access the BIOS. Just make sure you press the right key for your motherboard—it could depend on your setup. Also, do you get any video output before it shuts off? That could give us a hint.
