I'm having issues with my PC shutting down unexpectedly when I try to stream or record for more than 30 minutes using OBS. I can game for hours without any problems, but as soon as I start using OBS, my PC just turns off with no warning. I ran stress tests multiple times and everything seemed fine. I'm really confused and would appreciate any help you can provide!

That sounds frustrating! If you've just switched to OBS from AMD's recording software, it could be an adjustment issue. Sometimes OBS settings might need tweaking to match your PC's performance capabilities. Have you tried adjusting the encoding settings or bitrate?
Have you checked the Task Manager while recording to see if any of your CPU, RAM, or GPU usage spikes to 100%? It might help identify if a certain component is maxing out. Also, keep an eye on your CPU and GPU temperatures to rule out overheating as a cause. Oh, and make sure you've got enough storage space for your recordings—about 20% free space is recommended.
