I've been curious about why my phone and fast charger get warm when I'm charging my phone at around 50%. But once the battery hits 100%, both seem to cool down completely. Is this normal? I've heard that keeping the phone plugged in at full charge could impact battery lifespan, but if it's cooling down, does that mean the charger isn't sending power to the phone anymore? I usually try not to leave my phone charging for too long after it reaches 100%, but this pattern I've noticed is interesting. Has anyone experienced this with their devices?

When you're using a fast charger, it pulls more current when the battery is around a low to mid-range charge. This gets your phone back up and usable quickly, which is why it heats up. As the battery fills up towards 100%, the charging slows down, and that's when both the phone and charger start to cool off.

Understood. Thanks for the explanation!
