Why Does Windows 11 Keep Saying My SD Card Has Errors?

Hi everyone, I'm having a frustrating issue with my 3DS's SD card. Whenever I insert it into the USB C port via a card reader, Windows 11 constantly tells me there are errors on the drive and that it needs to be scanned. However, after I run the scan, it claims no errors are found. This happens every time I insert the card, regardless of which USB port I use on my PC. I always make sure to eject the card properly before removing it, and I've even tried another SD card, but the same problem persists. Any ideas why this might be happening?

Try ejecting the SD card safely and then plug it back in. Do you still get that error right after? Perhaps it’s something with the reader or port.

Yeah, after I ejected it safely and put it back in, it still asked to scan. This is my first time using an SD card, so it’s a bit confusing! 🙁
