I'm troubleshooting an issue with a user who has an E5 Office license and is licensed for CoPilot. Everything was working fine until she experienced crashes when printing in Office apps. After running an online repair, the printing issue got fixed. However, now CoPilot is missing from Classic Outlook and while it shows up in New Outlook, she doesn't like using it. It's also available in other apps, but it's not functioning there either. We've followed all of Microsoft's troubleshooting steps and tried signing out and back in, but nothing worked. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have suggestions, aside from completely uninstalling and reinstalling Office?

Could it be that the online repair changed the update channel to semi-annual? It’s worth checking if the user is still on the monthly enterprise channel. That might explain why CoPilot isn't fully functional.
Make sure to check your COM Add-ins. Outlook can be really finicky and might have disabled some that could affect CoPilot's functionality. It often does this to speed things up, but it can lead to problems like you're facing.
Honestly, if you've already done the repair and all the troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend just uninstalling and reinstalling. It sounds like it could save you more time than continuing to troubleshoot. It's a hassle, but sometimes it's the best way to fix these stubborn issues.
