Why is Deepseek saying ‘unsupported file format’ for my PNG images?

I've been using Deepseek successfully to upload PNG screenshots, but suddenly, since yesterday, I keep getting an 'unsupported file format' error when I try to input these images. They've always worked fine before. Is anyone else experiencing this? What's going on?

Yep, I'm having the same issue! I tried uploading my PNG images and it just won't go through. I even managed to get some random PDF files uploaded, but anything in PNG just fails. Frustrating!

Same here! I even tried using JPG images, but no luck. I read that it could be due to high server load or maybe some security updates causing temporary issues with PNG processing. Let’s hope they sort it out soon! 😩

Seriously! It’s so annoying when things that used to work suddenly stop. I'm really hoping it gets fixed quick.

I've run into the same problem too! I saw a post earlier mentioning that this might be happening to a lot of users right now. It's possible that they're having some technical difficulties affecting image uploads.
