I'm having a bit of a problem with my RAM that's only running at 2133MHz, even though it's supposed to be 3200MHz. I've tried going into the BIOS to enable XMP, but that didn't help. I even tried manually tweaking the settings, but it still didn't work. Here are my specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz CL16
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2.
Does anyone have an idea of what's going wrong?

I found a similar issue with someone else. They solved it by resetting the BIOS to default, saving and rebooting, then enabling only A-XMP again. It's strange, but sometimes these things work! Maybe give it a shot and see if it helps you too!
Also, keep in mind that 2133MHz might just be the base speed. If your motherboard is configured to work with a certain FCLK, it could be limiting your RAM speeds.
First thing to check is which slots you’ve installed the RAM in. Also, make sure your BIOS is fully updated. When you say it didn’t work, does that mean your system wouldn’t boot with XMP enabled, or did it just keep running at the lower speed?
It's in slots 2 and 4. I'm not even sure how to check the BIOS version. But it does boot fine; it just runs at the slower speed.
So when you enabled XMP in the BIOS, did you save the settings and reboot? What software are you using to check your RAM speeds? And was XMP still enabled when you went back into the BIOS?
I used both Task Manager and Speccy to check. When I went back to the BIOS, XMP was still enabled, but I did try to disable it to manually set the speed.
Did you get any different profiles when you enabled XMP? That can sometimes make a huge difference.
You might just need to update your BIOS. That can really help with RAM compatibility.
