I recently built a PC with a 4070 Ti Super, an i7 11700K, and 32GB DDR4 RAM. I've noticed that no matter what games I play, like Cyberpunk (getting 40-50 fps), Marvel Rivals (just under 100 fps), or Genshin Impact (60 fps locked), my GPU temperature stays around 29°C. In Cyberpunk, my GPU usage doesn't hit 100%, but my CPU is fully utilized, and I've read that this shouldn't be causing a bottleneck. My friend mentioned that my GPU performance seems off, especially for Cyberpunk. I'm not very tech-savvy, so if you need more info, just let me know!

Definitely consider going back to the older drivers. I've had similar problems with stuttering and low FPS after updating. Rolling back fixed everything for me, and I was able to hit higher FPS consistently in games like Cyberpunk. Just keep your thermal settings in mind and check your RAM settings too!
It sounds like you might be encountering a bug with the latest NVIDIA drivers that misreport temperatures. A lot of users have noticed this issue, so you should try rolling back to an older version, like 566.36—it works well for the 40 series. That might fix your temperature reading and performance issues!
Wait seriously? Damn, I was panicking that something was wrong with my GPU! Thanks for the tip!
