Why Is My Computer Freezing All the Time?

I'm having a frustrating issue with my Windows 11 computer that keeps freezing. It randomly locks up for a few seconds and even boots me out of games I'm playing. Sometimes, it freezes multiple times in rapid succession, which is really annoying. I ran a security scan with Windows Defender, and it didn't find any threats. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Don’t forget to check your PC specs too. Knowing what hardware you're working with can help others give more targeted advice. For instance, if you have an RTX 3070 and an Intel i9 11th gen paired with 32GB of RAM, that’s a solid setup. This might help in pinpointing the problem!

It sounds like your system might be under stress. Have you tried stress testing your CPU and GPU to see if that triggers any crashes? You can use tools like OCBase for that. It's a good way to diagnose potential hardware issues.

Just a reminder, whenever you're making changes to your BIOS or disk setup, always back up your data first to avoid losing anything important!
