I'm facing a weird issue with my computer where it's only recognizing 2 sticks of RAM at a time. I tried adding a couple of extra RAM sticks, but the BIOS and Task Manager aren't picking them up. However, CPU-Z shows that the RAM is registered just fine! I've already switched the slots around and tried adding one stick at a time, but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone know what might be the issue or how I can fix this? My motherboard is the ROG STRIX X299-E GAMING, and all RAM sticks involved are from HyperX and Corsair.

I think some CPUs for that platform might only support dual channel configurations, which could explain why only two slots are working. What CPU do you have?
How much GB do your sticks have? I remembered that X299 is a bit tricky. Did you check the RAM slots closest to the CPU? That’s usually the right way to go!
All the sticks are 16 GB each. My CPU is an Intel i7 9800X. I've tried every combination I could think of, but the two sticks that are working are actually on the right side of the CPU.
