I've been having a serious issue with my computer where it feels incredibly slow and choppy. Every 10-15 seconds, it freezes and then resumes. This problem starts right when I boot it up; it takes ages to fully start, almost like it's running on an old hard drive. I've already disabled all third-party startup applications to speed things up, and I've monitored the device information through Task Manager, which looked normal. I've also run chkdsk, DISM, and SFC, updated all drivers and software, and even reset/reimaged the PC, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I'm not overclocking my hardware either. Here are my specs: i7 CPU, x2 2TB m.2 drives, 64 GB RAM, an RTX 4080, and a 1200w PSU. Any advice would be appreciated!

Not sure what you mean by 'reimaged the PC'. Did you try creating bootable media on a flash drive and doing a fresh install? That could help if the current setup is corrupted.
Have you checked if anything is maxing out your CPU or hard disk usage when this happens? Also, take a look in the Event Viewer for any errors that might indicate what's wrong. Is your BIOS up to date?
