I purchased a Cyberpower Gigabyte PC in December, and it's been functioning well until recently. Now, it's taking a minute or two to power on, even though the computer lights come on instantly. The peripherals, like my monitor, keyboard, and mouse, take a while to respond, and I skip the boot-up screen that used to show up when logging in. The shutdown process is even worse; it takes about 1-2 minutes just to see the shutting down screen after pressing the power button. During this time, I can still use the computer normally. The shutting down screen stays up for another 1-2 minutes, and then the computer lights remain on for up to ten more minutes. I suspect it might be related to the times when my leg accidentally pulls the power cord out while the PC is still on. Recently, my file system seems to be acting up too—I tried uploading a file to Discord, but the file window is frozen and just showing a blank screen. Can anyone help?
EDIT: After posting, I tried using one of the malware cleaners from the community wiki, but because of the earlier issues, I can't access the save as popup to download anything.

If your startup screen is being skipped, there might be a keyboard issue preventing you from entering the BIOS. Try using a different keyboard to access it when you turn on the PC. Sometimes that can help you get back into the settings and turn off Fast Startup.
You might want to check your BIOS settings and disable Fast Startup if it's enabled. It sounds like that could be causing your boot issues. And just to clarify, the "file system" problem is separate from the File Explorer app, so your actual filesystem is probably fine, just glitchy right now.
