I've got a Corsair K70 MK2 keyboard, and lately, it keeps triggering an overcurrent warning whenever I plug it in. This started happening a few weeks ago. I tried cleaning the connector, which seemed to fix the issue temporarily, but it's acting up again. I disconnected all other USB devices to see if they were causing a conflict, but the problem still occurs only with the keyboard. I even plugged it into different devices, and the overcurrent warning comes up each time. I also updated my BIOS and drivers without any success. The only noteworthy thing is that this issue started after I disconnected my HyperX Cloud 2 headphones. I'm really at a loss and could use some help!

It sounds like there might be a short circuit somewhere in your keyboard. A good fix could be to replace the entire cable. I found a replacement that might work for you [here](https://www.amazon.co.uk/TECKEEN-Mechanical-Keyboard-Charging-Replacement/dp/B0C8LRFVYP). However, it might be a good idea to crack open the keyboard first and check if the internal cables are in good shape and compatible with the new one.
I checked, and the block that separates the cables inside the keyboard looks different from the one on the replacement. Should I be worried about that?
