I recently tested the resource usage of Brave browser on my Endeavour OS with KDE compared to a Windows setup on another system. While Brave was idle in Windows, I saw minimal CPU and GPU usage, but on Endeavour OS KDE, both CPU and GPU usage spiked over 50%. I have an HP Elite Book with an i5 processor and 16GB of RAM. I tried running 'btop' to monitor the system, but it just fails to launch with a UTF error. Also, I don’t have an NVIDIA GPU; it’s integrated.
