I've noticed that my CPU temperature is running really high, often above 80 degrees Celsius and even hitting 92 degrees. I've tried a few things like cleaning my PC with compressed air, reapplying thermal paste, and even replacing both the heatsink and the CPU fan. The fans are all positioned correctly, with front fans pulling in air and the top and rear fans exhausting it. My CPU usage rarely goes above 30% during this time. The CPU in question is a Ryzen 5 3600 with the stock heatsink. What else can I do to cool it down?

It sounds like you might need a new heatsink or maybe your case just isn't getting enough airflow. Adding a couple more fans could help. Also, make sure your fans are actually moving air the right way!
Is the CPU hot while it's idle or under load? With low CPU usage, it should be cooler unless there's something wrong. If you're feeling the heat while just surfing the web, that could be an issue!

I guess it's mostly idle since the CPU usage stays low. I noticed the temp goes up when I'm just using browsers.
