I'm running into a strange issue with a user who has an E3 license. They can't access any Microsoft products, and all licenses are assigned correctly in our tenant. I'm not sure what's triggering the "unlicensed message" they're receiving.

Usually, this might just be a client-side issue. They could still access online Office apps and Teams, but you might need to completely flush and re-add their account from Office on their computer.
Have you checked if you've gone over your license limit? Sometimes people accidentally oversubscribe, which can lead to unlicensed messages.
We've already tried it on a fresh machine with a clean install of Office, but we got the same issue.
