My friend is having a weird issue with her MacBook. She has two accounts on it: a main account and an alt account. The alt account is functioning perfectly, but her main account is having a major problem. The screen has turned completely yellow, and although the programs are still visible, she can't click on anything or use it. This started happening after she created the alt account for fun. Any advice on how to fix this?

It sounds like your friend's main account might be experiencing a graphics issue or some kind of software glitch. Since her alt account works fine, it’s likely not a hardware problem. I’d suggest checking if she's recently updated her macOS to Sequoia; sometimes, upgrades can cause weird bugs. If that’s the case, maybe she can try rolling back to an earlier version or resetting the main account’s settings.

What's Sequoia? I’m not familiar with Mac updates, I mostly use Windows.
