I've been experiencing significant stuttering and frame drops while gaming on my PC, with my frame rates stuck around 30-40 FPS. It's frustrating because when I check the Task Manager, both my CPU and GPU are under 50% utilization. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how I can resolve it?

It sounds like you might be hitting a bottleneck elsewhere, possibly with your RAM or something like thermal throttling. Make sure your system isn't overheating, and check your memory usage when you're gaming. Sometimes background processes can also eat up resources, so closing those can help.
Could also be that your power settings are limiting performance. Make sure you're set to 'High Performance' in Windows power settings. This can sometimes prevent the CPU or GPU from ramping up fast enough during demanding tasks like gaming.
Totally agree! Also, sometimes just a simple restart can help clear up any temporary issues.
Yeah, and don't forget to check for any driver updates. Outdated graphics drivers can really mess with performance!
