I've owned a high-end Predator Orion 9000 Bifrost Colossus for a while now, and out of nowhere, my FPS has dropped dramatically. For instance, I can only hit around 60 FPS in League of Legends, while my friend, who plays on a 10-year-old laptop, gets at least 100. This issue isn't limited to one game; I've noticed it happens across all games. Strangely, older games perform worse, but more demanding titles run smoother. I spent about $10,000 on this PC, and I've taken good care of it. I reset it about three months ago, there are no viruses, and I clean the hardware regularly. My family has the exact same setup at home, and it runs perfectly. I'm at a loss for what's causing this problem.

I noticed your CPU seems to be heavily downclocked according to the screenshots, running at just 1.37 GHz. That could definitely be affecting performance. Check your settings to see if there's anything restricting your CPU from reaching its full potential.
First things first, check how your monitor is connected. Are you plugged into the motherboard or the graphics card? Also, take a look at your Task Manager's Performance tab; send a screenshot of CPU, memory, and GPU usage while you're at it. Lastly, keep an eye on your CPU and GPU temperatures both at idle and during gaming. How are you checking those temps? Let’s rule out any overheating issues.
