I've just built a new gaming PC with some solid specs, including an RX 9060 XT 16GB graphics card, Ryzen 5600GT CPU, and MSI PRO B550M motherboard. I've also got 32GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz RAM. Despite having all of this, I'm experiencing terrible framerates in Hitman 2, which is from 2018. I'm running it on a 720p monitor at high settings, and I'm only getting around 30-50 fps with about 10% GPU utilization and 30% CPU utilization. I've ensured that my monitor is connected directly to the GPU, the GPU is in the first PCIe slot, and all my drivers and BIOS are up to date. Temperature readings are also optimal, and my 3DMark scores look good too. What could possibly be causing this performance issue? I'm really confused about it.

Also, have you checked if there's a setting in your BIOS that controls the integrated graphics? I once had that disabled for a while, and my performance dropped significantly. Turning it back on made a huge difference for me!
If it’s just Hitman 2 causing issues, it might also be a game-specific issue. Have you tried other games? If it’s the same across the board, then it’s more likely a setup issue rather than the game itself.
That sounds really frustrating! It could be that your system is accidentally using the integrated graphics instead of your dedicated GPU. Make sure to check your Radeon settings and set it to prioritize the GPU for your games.
Yeah, I've had that happen before! Just double-check the settings and make sure your dedicated GPU is being recognized.

Good point! Definitely worth looking into. Those BIOS settings can be tricky.
