Hey everyone, I've got an i9 14900k running on a Z790 Tomahawk Max WiFi motherboard with a 4060 Dual V2 GPU, and a LiAN Li Hydroshift 360TL cooler. I've been trying to undervolt my CPU to manage the heat but it's still hitting 100°C during gaming. I've messed around with a few settings like changing the LLC to mode 4, setting IA AC/DC to 10/10, using a Vcore offset of -0.125, turning MCE off, and enabling both CEPs. I'm quite new to undervolting and I'm struggling to wrap my head around all these settings. What else can I try to keep my temperatures in check?

Have you checked if your cooler is working properly? It could be helpful to do some extreme undervolting or underclocking to see if that helps with the heat issue. Sometimes, just adjusting the cooling can make a big difference!
First things first, I recommend setting everything back to factory defaults. Your cooler should be fine for keeping temps down. Check that the pump and fan speeds are maxed out and see how the airflow in your case looks. If your temps are still that high, consider your ambient temperature as well—it's worth looking into!
Whoa, hold on! You might want to check your motherboard’s power levels first. Resetting your UEFI could also help clear out any settings causing issues. Make sure to check CPU power draw settings, as they can wildly affect temperatures.
