I've been having trouble with my iPad since this morning; it doesn't always charge. I'm not sure what to do about it. Can anyone help?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet? It's usually the first thing to check. If you haven't, I'd suggest starting with that.
Most charging problems stem from either a faulty cable or a dirty port. First, make sure to check that you've tried a different cable and adapter. If that doesn't work, look inside the charging port for any lint or dirt. If it's clean, the issue could be deeper, like a broken connection inside the device.
How do I clean my port?
I had a similar issue with my iPad 7th gen. It would only charge if I angled the cord just right, but then it stopped working completely. I cleaned the port and tried new cables, but it didn't help. It ended up being too costly to repair, so I switched to a different tablet instead.
I haven't tried anything yet because I don't know what troubleshooting methods to use. That's why I'm asking for help!
