Why is my iPhone charging so slowly at higher percentages?

Hey everyone, I noticed something weird with my iPhone 13's charging. It's currently at 77% and it says it'll take about 4 minutes to reach 80%, which feels a bit long to me. But then I checked the battery info, and it claims it'll take over an hour to hit 100%. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my phone or charger?

What you're experiencing is pretty typical! Phones tend to charge quickly when they’re below 50% but slow down significantly as they get closer to 100%. This is actually a feature designed to protect the battery’s health by reducing pressure on it. So, unless you're seeing some other weird issues, it sounds like your phone is just doing its normal thing!

Yeah, exactly! It’s all about battery management. Your phone just doesn’t want to overheat by charging too fast when it’s nearly full.
