My laptop used to run games like Valorant at 200 fps, but now it's suddenly capped at 30 fps across all my games. I've tried every solution I could find online and even performed a factory reset. What's strange is that my friend noticed that about 50% of my GPU is being used by the video encoder, even when no apps are open. Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

Have a look at your task manager and sort the processes by GPU usage. This should help you find what's hogging the GPU resources. You might need to disable or uninstall those problematic apps if you're done with them!

How do I check the GPU usage? It only shows CPU statistics for me.
