Why is my MacBook Air’s MagSafe light flashing green?

I have a 2015 MacBook Air that I haven't used for a few hours. When I plugged it in, the MagSafe light started blinking green, and the laptop won't turn on. I've noticed that the USB power output is also inconsistent, cutting in and out randomly. What should I do?

You might want to check the pins on your MagSafe connector as well as the port on your MacBook. Sometimes dirt or debris can cause issues. Also, doing an SMC reset could help; it's a common fix for power-related problems! And just a heads up, if the battery is not original, it might be worth looking into that too.

I checked the pins and cleaned them up. Holding the SMC reset keys actually stopped the light from blinking for now!
