Why is my main monitor not being detected?

I woke up today, turned on my PC, and now my main monitor isn't detected. I have two screens: my main monitor, which connects via DisplayPort at 1080p 144Hz, and an older TV I use as a secondary display that connects through a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. This morning, only the TV is showing a signal, and it's displaying everything as if it were my main monitor. In the display settings, it recognizes the TV as my second monitor and shows that a main monitor is connected, but there's no signal on it. I've already tried changing GPU ports, updated my NVIDIA driver, and even bought a new DisplayPort cable, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

When you switched GPU ports, did you also disconnect the TV? Sometimes the system can get confused with multiple outputs. It might help to try the main monitor alone without the TV connected to see if it detects it correctly.

Yeah, I've tried it both ways, with and without the TV plugged in. No signal either way. I also checked the HDMI on the main monitor and it works, but that limits me to 60Hz and I can’t use the second monitor.
