I recently set up a trial Microsoft 365 tenant for a client, which is supposed to be on a 30-day free trial. However, when I tried signing in today, I received a message stating that the admin account does not exist. Has anyone else run into this issue before? I'm wondering if there's a solution other than creating a new trial account, as we're a bit pressed for time to get this sorted out.

I've faced a similar issue with a trial tenant before. Sometimes it's not a deletion, but rather a sync issue on Microsoft's end. Give portal.office.com or admin.microsoft.com a shot instead of the usual login page. You should also check the original tenant URL (`https://.onmicrosoft.com`). Sometimes, if it was created through a partner signup, the global admin might not be fully set up yet and could be stuck. Just waiting a while and trying again might help. If all else fails, consider submitting a support ticket through the trial tenant signup page—they can usually track it down if it still exists.
You might want to try logging in through the admin portal using the @onmicrosoft.com admin username. Also, it's worth checking if the tenant still exists in the partner or admin center before you go ahead and create a new trial account.

I was using the global admin account to sign in. I managed to log in a few days ago, but now it just won't let me. It's strange that it worked fine and now it's acting up.
