I just got my hands on a PNY 5070 Ti, and I noticed that when I ran Furmark, it only hit 73% of its TDP. When I played the Dead Space Remake, the power usage was around 230W according to HWInfo and RTSS overlay. Could this mean my GPU is faulty, or is there a way to fix this? Also, I checked and it said 'Yes' under Reliability Voltage in HWInfo's GPU Performance Limiters.

It's unlikely there's a hardware issue. It seems like your GPU is just reaching its power limit at stock settings. You might want to run a more graphically intense game to see if it draws more than 230W. If it consistently doesn't and you're experiencing crashes or performance drops, then consider reaching out for an RMA.
What does it mean if Reliability Voltage was Yes under GPU Performance Limiters in HWInfo?
