Why is My New Gaming PC Struggling with Performance?

Hey everyone, I'm in need of some help with my brand new CyberPower gaming PC. I've noticed that it's not handling games well at all, particularly when I try to play House Flipper 2 or Apex Legends. The games are laggy and just don't look good. I've tried different things to fix it, but nothing seems to help. I really don't know what else to do. Here's the link to my PC specs if that helps: [CyberPower PC Link](https://www.bestbuy.com/product/cyberpowerpc-gamer-supreme-gaming-desktop-amd-ryzen-7-7800x3d-32gb-memory-amd-radeon-rx-9070-xt-16gb-2tb-pcie-4-0-ssd-black/J3L7GQWG89/sku/6617171?sb_share_source=PDP). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like you might need to check a few things. First off, can you share what you've already tried? Also, did the poor performance just start happening? More details would help us help you!

If your PC is brand new, definitely consider submitting a service ticket with the manufacturer. They should be able to help you out. Another thing to check is whether your games are using integrated graphics instead of your actual GPU. That could cause some serious performance issues!

Make sure you plugged your monitor into the right port. If it’s plugged into the motherboard instead of the GPU, that's a common mistake! That could be the root of your problems.

I think I did plug it into the GPU, but I’ll double-check. Thanks!
