Hey folks, I just built a new PC with an Intel i5-14400F and an RTX 5070. Earlier today, I was getting solid FPS in GTA Online, capped at 144Hz on my 1440p monitor. However, now, even with all the graphics settings on low in a private session, my FPS isn't even hitting 100. I checked for thermal throttling with MSI Afterburner, and that's not the issue. The crashes seem random too, and I'm at a loss for why this is happening. Any suggestions?

Did you check if there were any recent graphics driver updates? Also, make sure no background processes are hogging your resources. During gameplay, keep an eye on your GPU and CPU usage. What are you seeing?
I haven't done any updates; I installed the new drivers yesterday, and there was nothing else running except the game and Task Manager. My GPU was only at 30% usage on low settings, and the CPU was around 50-60%.
