I recently built a new PC with some powerful components: Ryzen 5 9600X, Asus TUF RTX 4070 Ti Super OC, Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WiFi 6E, Coolermaster MWE Gold 850 V2, and dual Crucial NVMe SSDs. Initially, I was getting fantastic performance, like 500-600 FPS in CS2 and 300-350 FPS in COD Warzone on the highest settings. However, after cloning my Windows from an older SSD to a new one, the system didn't recognize the partitions properly, and I had to reset Windows due to a troubleshoot. Ever since the reset, my FPS has halved, dropping to around 250-300 FPS in CS2 and 150-180 FPS in COD Warzone. I've reinstalled Windows multiple times, checked all my components, deleted and reinstated drivers, and even ran DDU, but nothing seems to fix this issue. Should I consider rebuilding my PC, or is there a way to completely reset everything as if it were a brand new build?

Cloning can be tricky, and it seems like it led to some complications in your setup. To fix this, back up any important data you have (if any) and then use Microsoft's tool to download a fresh copy of Windows. It sounds like your cloning software might be too limiting. For future setups, consider using software that allows incremental backups, so you can restore quickly if something goes wrong.
It sounds like your cloning process didn't go as planned. I suggest you start by clearing the BIOS settings, either through the clear CMOS feature or by resetting to defaults inside the BIOS. After that, format your SSD and perform a fresh Windows install using a USB installer. This should give you a clean slate and potentially fix your FPS issues.
