I recently purchased an SD card from Temu, and I've noticed something strange. Whenever I try to transfer files from my older SD card (also from Temu) to the new one, the file size on the new card seems to balloon unexpectedly. For example, a video that should be 1GB is reported as 39GB on the new card. Does anyone know why this is happening?

It sounds like your new SD card might have some modified firmware. This can cause the file sizes to display inaccurately. So even if the file is actually 1GB, it might be showing as 39GB just to give the illusion of more storage. It's definitely a red flag with those cards from Temu.
Is that a bad sign? Should I keep using this SD card?
