I've been having an issue with my new PC where after about 1-2 hours of use, it starts to stutter, with frame drops and audio cutting out. This began about three days ago, and I'm pretty sure it's not related to running heavy games, since it happens even on games that I've played for hours without any problems. I've kept an eye on the resource monitor, and there aren't any noticeable spikes in usage when this happens, nor am I running any demanding processes in the background. I also tried different headphones, so I don't think it's an audio issue. I really need help troubleshooting this, as restarting the PC temporarily fixes the issue for another couple of hours. Here are my specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 7800 XT Gaming OC 16G
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Aorus ELITE AX
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series 64GB (2 x 32GB)
PSU: Corsair RM Series RM750W PLUS GOLD
Storage: Samsung 990 2Tb and Samsung 980 1Tb

It sounds like an overheating issue. Make sure to check your temps with HWiNFO and see if anything is spiking. There could be a problem with your cooling setup if it heats up too much after a while. Also, try running some stress tests to see if the issue replicates itself under more controlled conditions.
If temps aren’t an issue, it might be software-related. Sometimes background apps can interfere and lead to reduced performance. Double-check for any unnecessary programs running, and consider if any updates occurred around the time the problem started.
Is it happening primarily when you’re gaming? If that's the case, it could either be your PSU starting to fail or some heat-related issue. Also, have you upgraded your RAM recently? That can sometimes cause problems if the modules aren’t playing nice together.
