Why is my PC performing poorly after a GPU upgrade?

Hey everyone! I recently had to replace my broken RTX 3060 and my DDR4 RAM. Now, I'm using a Windforce 16GB 5060 Ti and Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600MHz RAM. Before the upgrade, I was enjoying around 300 stable FPS in Valorant, but now I'm shocked that my FPS is only about the same, maybe lower, and I'm experiencing constant drops. I have an Intel i7-11700K, so I thought there wouldn't be a bottleneck issue. I've used DDU to reinstall my graphics drivers multiple times, but nothing seems to help. Any advice?

What exact models are your new GPU and RAM? Knowing the specific models can help others understand your setup better.

I have a Windforce 16GB 5060 Ti and DDR4 3600MHz Corsair Vengeance RGB. Hope that helps!
