I recently upgraded my GPU from a Radeon 6600XT to a Radeon 9600XT and my CPU from a Ryzen 5 5500G to a Ryzen 7 5700X. I have 32GB of RAM. After the upgrade, I made sure to delete the old graphics drivers using DDU, installed the latest drivers and chipset software, updated the BIOS, and even reinstalled Windows. However, I'm encountering some major issues. Discord is acting all glitchy, causing lag when I share my screen and halving my FPS, which has never happened before. Some games are performing worse than they did previously, while others run better but are plagued with stutters or crashes. I've asked for help in various places, but nothing seems to fix my problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked if XMP is enabled for your RAM? Sometimes after an upgrade, the settings can be reset. This could affect performance if your RAM isn’t running at its optimal speed. Just a thought!
What are your CPU and GPU temperatures like when you're gaming and also when you're just on the Windows desktop? It might help to know if overheating is causing any slowdowns. If they're normal, then that's great news!
My temps stay normal during gameplay, so that hasn't been the issue for me either. Glad to know that's not a problem!

Yeah, I had the same issue when I upgraded my RAM. Enabling XMP made a noticeable difference!
