I'm having some trouble with my PC, which I've built a few months ago. The specs are as follows: Asus TUF Gaming X870-Plus WiFi motherboard, AMD Ryzen 9 9800X3D CPU, Corsair RM850x PSU, MSI 5080 GPU, and 64GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM (2x32GB). The system was running fine until recently when it suddenly shut down. Right before it did, there was an unusual high-pitched beeping sound I couldn't pinpoint. Now, when I try to power it back on, the fans and RGB lights start up, but then it hits a red CPU light and shuts off. I've tried reseating all components and have even tested the RAM sticks one by one. Also, I checked the CPU and AIO cooler, but I haven't touched the CMOS battery because the holder looks fragile. I suspect it might be related to the CPU, but a replacement would be beyond my budget for now. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

First off, have you tried performing a power drain? Just turn off the PSU and hold down the power button for about 20-30 seconds. If that doesn't work, you could try resetting the CMOS as well.
It sounds like it could be a failed PSU issue. You might want to note that even if it passes the paperclip test, it doesn't necessarily mean it's functioning properly. If it is the PSU, lucky for you, the newer models are on sale right now!
